Tell us what's actually going on in your business

The more concrete you are, the more useful the reply. What sold last month, what didn't, what broke, who left, what you have already tried. You will get a straight read on whether the problem is skill or structure and which program fits — including "none of them, yet," when that is the honest answer.

Send the details

Five short questions, and only the answers that genuinely change the reply are required — the rest are marked optional. The form is for a fit conversation, not a roofing estimate.

How this enquiry is handled

This contact form collects your role, business constraint, program interest, timing, optional situation, name, email, optional phone, company, market and anything else in your message so the portfolio team can respond to your inquiry. Formspree processes the submission and routes it to Corben’s interim portfolio inbox; that routing does not promise a particular personal recipient or response.

Enquiry details are retained only as long as needed to assess fit and document the request. To ask about retention or request deletion, use this contact form and write “privacy request” in the anything else field. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, employee records, customer records, claim files or other sensitive data.

Which of these is closest to you?

It changes the answer completely. An owner problem and a rep problem almost never have the same fix.

What are you actually trying to fix?

Pick the one costing you the most right now. There is room underneath for the detail.

Team size, how work currently comes in, what last month looked like, and what you have already tried. Optional, but it is the part that makes the reply worth reading.
Which way of working together interests you?

There are four. Which one fits is usually obvious from the story rather than the menu, so the first option here is a real answer, not a cop-out.

When would you want to start?

This only sets expectations on the reply. Researching gets the same answer as ready — it just arrives without a follow-up.

How should we reach you?

A name and an email are all that is strictly needed. The rest only makes the first reply more useful.

Leave blank if you are a rep buying training for yourself.
City and state you primarily work in.
A deadline, a season you are working around, someone who referred you, or a question you want answered in the reply.

By sending this you are asking the portfolio team to get in touch about a possible fit. Scope, duration and fee are supplied in writing before any engagement.

Until those are published, the form is the reliable route through the portfolio’s interim enquiry inbox.

Not sure which program?

Say so and describe the last month instead. Which of the four fits is usually obvious from the story, and the wrong one is worse than none — training a team on a process the company has not adopted lifts for two weeks and then drifts back.

If you're a homeowner

RoofMastery is a consulting and education company for roofing businesses. It does not sell, install, repair or inspect roofs, and it does not hold a contractor licence — so there is nothing here for a homeowner who needs work done.

For a roof on your own house, contact a licensed roofing contractor in your area directly. How to check a Florida roofer's licence

Where we work

Florida and the Southeast, deliberately. Coaching and group sessions run on video; diagnostic work and the first training sessions are much better in person, and staying regional is what makes that possible.

How an engagement runs

Before you send

What happens next

  • You get a conversation, not a pitch deck. The first call is a real discussion of what you are dealing with, and it ends with a recommendation rather than a close.
  • If nothing here fits, you will be told. Including "you do not need a coach, you need to fix one specific thing, and here is what it is."
  • Nothing gets bought verbally. Whatever comes next arrives as a written scope with the duration and the fee on it, before any money changes hands.
  • What you share stays confidential. Your numbers, pricing and people are never used as marketing material and never appear in a group session.
  • No mailing list, no sequence, no chasing. If you go quiet, we assume the timing is wrong. You are welcome to come back whenever it is not.
